Wow, it's Friday already! How did that happen?!? Our October kindness give-a-way challenge is going AMAZINGLY well! This kindness challenge week will have you and your students be intentional about spreading kindness to others. We will kick-off the week with a little sent of kindness and conclude the week with some self-love.

There are only 12 days left to our October Kindness Give-A-Way! It's not too late to sign-up.  Your school has a chance to win a 300 Participants Package of the 21 Day Kindness Challenge: School-Wide Program. You can find all the details on how to play and how to win on our give-a-way page. The winning school will be announced on October 31, 2018!

Scientific Proof that Performing Intentional Acts of KINDNESS is Good for You
Scientific Fact #1

Kindness triggers the reward system in our brain’s emotion control center thus releasing dopamine, the hormone that’s associated with positive emotions and the sensation of a natural high. (Medial Daily)

Scientific Fact #2
Like mindfulness itself, kindness is a natural human quality that requires intentional action to actualize it’s potential. Research shows that kindness is good for our physical and our emotional well-being. (Psychology Today)

Be intentional with your kindness and feel good all week! Below is Your Sneak Peek Into Your Kindness Week for 10.22-10.26. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Note From the Founder

Hello. I am the founder of the 21 Day Kindness Challenge Program.
I believe if we focus our efforts on helping our young people develop good character values and teach them how to listen with their hearts their world will be a kinder place to live. It is my hope that my story inspires others to “be the change they want to see in the world.”
